In 2026, I’m building a small, thoughtful support offering
for caregivers who want more clarity and steadiness in
the middle of it.

Modern caregiving is fragmented, isolating, and emotionally demanding in ways most people don’t expect.
You’re managing medical decisions, family dynamics, logistics, finances, and your own life…
Often without a clear guide or place to process it all. Even when you’re doing everything “right,” it can still
feel like too much.
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former family caregiver for my late mother. I’ve worked with hundreds
of families navigating illness, decline, and the quiet weight of responsibility that comes with it.
🛠️ This work isn’t about “fixing” you.
➡️ Because you’re not broken.
✅ It’s about helping you think more clearly, feel less alone, and move forward with more confidence as
decisions stack up.
This support is:
Ongoing, month-to-month support
Practical and emotional
Flexible as caregiving needs change
Focused on clarity and steadiness
This coaching is not:
A 6-week transformation
A rigid program or course
Therapy or medical advice
Something you’re locked into
I’m starting with a small waitlist so I can shape this offering thoughtfully and keep it personal.
Joining doesn’t commit you to anything.
It simply means you’ll be the first to hear when I invite a small group to participate.
Start with The Meta Caregiver newsletter (if you haven’t already).
That’s where I share weekly reflections and resources for caregivers navigating modern life.
